Well-Able Information and Equipment Service

“Choice and quality of life for disabled people”

Well-Able Services – updated 24th March 2020

We wanted to update you on the evolving COVID-19 situation and how we plan to support you through this.

As an essential service, Well-Able remains open but in a limited capacity to ensure the ongoing safety of our staff and customers.  We are here for you and we will continue to supply customers with essential healthcare products and equipment.

We are following all Government and MoH guidelines regarding hygiene, travel, contact and are enabling employees to work from home where possible.

While we have been unable to divert our phone due to provider restrictions, our staff will be checking messages on a regular basis when they are in the Centre and will get back to you as soon as they can.  You are also welcome to contact us via email on info@well-able.org.nz and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  Our website shop will remain open, so you can continue to purchase products online and we will get these delivered to you as quickly as we can.

We have a number of options available to us to deliver products and equipment and will try and tailor our approach as best we can to meet your needs.  To ensure we adhere to MoH guidelines, the Well-Able Centre, located at 110 Rimu Road, Paraparaumu will no longer be open on a drop in basis.  Instead we will be scheduling appointments for customers to visit the Centre to ensure that we can continue to adhere to MoH guidelines.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We appreciate your patience during this time as we all learn to adapt to a challenging environment however, we remain committed to ensuring that communities have access to the information and equipment they need.

Stay healthy everyone!
